Street Fighter: 10 Worst Characters EVER (And Why)

6. Twelve

Twelve is a living weapon that can morph his semi-solid body into any shape he desires. At first, Twelve sounds like he's in the wrong game. Based on his appearance and backstory, he feels like he would be better suited in Mortal Kombat or Tekken game. (After all, why is a gooey robot in a street fighting tournament?)

But because of his shapeshifting skills and extendable limbs, Twelve sounds like he could be a lot of fun to play as. But he isn't. Even though he can change his arms into drills, axes, and spears, none of his moves are particularly strong. Despite his boundless potential, he plays like a poor man's T-1000. His air dash is a great way to evade attacks but causes minimal damage.

Even though he can go invisible, this poses a problem if you're playing as Twelve. Since you can't see where he is, you can't gauge how far you are from your opponent, so you end up throwing moves blindly, hoping some of them will connect. He also has the ability to transform into his opponent... but if that's the case, why don't you just play as that character instead of Twelve?
