Street Fighter: 10 Worst Characters EVER (And Why)

7. Pullum

When discussing the worst characters in the often forgotten Street Fighter EX trilogy, Skullomania and Darun Mister spring to mind. Although these characters' names and appearances are ridiculous, they actually have a good balance of special moves and Super Combos.

The same cannot be said about Pallum. This Arabian heiress is a "borrower", meaning she has no unique moves and instead, uses moves from other fighters. She has the same corkscrew kick as Cammy, the same drill kick as Dhalsim, and the same flash kick as Guile.

What's worse is her version of these moves are slower so it's a piece of cake for the opponent to dodge or counter. The developers could've redeemed Pullum somewhat if they gave her one or two unique moves when she reappeared in EX 2 or 3 but couldn't even bother to do that.

She has yet to appear in another Street Fighter entry but was a playable character in 2018's Fighting EX Layer. Since this incarnation of Pullum has borrowed more moves from Street Fighter (this time from SFV's Rashid), it looks like the developers have no intention of giving her a unique move set.
