Street Fighter 5: 8 Improvements Capcom Must Make

6. A Brand New UI

So the main menu for the game isn't the ugliest... but it's not pretty, either. Once somebody boots the game, they're greeted with 15 boxes and icons that look like a Windows 10 wannabe. Every box all holds a myriad of their own options and sub-options.

Account profiles (which still doesn't fully work) is awkwardly hidden away into a different menu screen entirely, while ranked and casual matches forego a character select for immediately selecting your "favourite character".

Of course, new players might not immediately understand what the favourite character option actually is, and they'll hop into online and unexpectedly have to play as Ryu.

Trials and Demonstrations, some of the best training features, are put into Challenges, instead of Training. Meanwhile, the Challenge menu's Weekly Target missions are hidden within two more menu selections...?

Simply separating the game into simpler "Single/Online/Settings" trees may be for the best.

Fan of professional wrestling and fighting game enthusiast. While he insists Street Fighter V isn't as bad as you think, he will agree that it's kinda crap anyways.
