1. Starfield Gameplay Is FINALLY Revealed

The one thing that basically everybody was excited to see above everything else during Summer Games Fest was the first full gameplay reveal for Bethesda's hugely anticipated sci-fi RPG Starfield.

And that we certainly got, with an extensive gameplay blowout showcasing the game's aesthetic and multitude of gameplay systems, as left viewers divided into camps of excitement and disappointment.

On one hand it certainly looks very much like the Bethesda games we know (and, admittedly, love), but is looking to push the bounds of exploration with its advertised 1000 explorable planets across 100 systems.

Admittedly, it's reasonable to expect the majority of these planets to be procedurally generated in a fashion similar to No Man's Sky.

While the gunplay throughout the footage certainly didn't look great and the wobbly framerate was a tad worrying, it's clear that Bethesda is going all-in on Starfield as their next marquee IP, and it's sure to be one of 2023's most talked-about games when it launches for PC and Xbox Series X/S in the first half of that year.
