During the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Nintendo Direct, Piranha Plant was introduced into the game. And with that, the final fan roster request must have been answered, right? Not quite. While fans will always welcome another character, their demand for Waluigi has seemed to have been - once again - ignored.
Mario, Luigi, and Wario are all leading characters in Smash, so it's not surprising to hear fans' disappointment to see Waluigi still being overlooked in the hit-game.
