Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: Every Confirmed Character (And How They've Changed)

20. Falco

Falco SSBU
Nintendo

Falco is effectively Fox's 'echo', only more feathery and surly. He's virtually identical to Fox, but has a slightly more chaotic Arwing attack. Perhaps something's wrong with the G-Diffuser?

21. Marth

Marth SSBU
Nintendo

Marth's biggest change is that he's learned English since we last saw him. His Dancing Blade move is also a little slicker.

21e. Lucina

Lucina SSBU
Nintendo

You know what that 'e' means. Lucina is Miss Marth, and nothing more, though as with her male counterpart has also been studying at the foreign language school.

22. Young Link

Young Link SSBU
Nintendo

Like Pichu, Young Link makes his first appearance since Melee, but unlike Pichu, it's massively welcome. He's a good kid, this lad, and one for those Zelda fans seeking a more conventional Hero of Time.

23. Ganondorf

Ganondorf SSBU
Nintendo

The only male Gerudo and Jasper Carrott Lookalike Contest Regional Winner is back, buffer and badder than before. His Final Smash form as Ganon has been tweaked to resemble Ocarina of Time's version, instead of that from the less-loved and now-irrelevant Twilight Princess.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
