Tekken 7: 7 Overpowered Characters That Must Be Fixed

6. Bob

The introduction of Bob to the Tekken canon raised a few eyebrows. The King of Iron Fist Tournament is supposed to be a roundup of the finest martial arts specimens in the world, and every character until Tekken 6 looked like they fitted comfortably within the healthy zone on the BMI index. Then this obese guy comes along and lowers the tone of the tournament. But despite his tubby appearance, Bob is one of the fastest characters in the game, as well as one of the largest and rangiest. He bounces all over the arena like a massive unstoppable cannonball, and has an unfairly powerful repertoir of launchers to send you helplessly hurtling into the air. Bob is one of the lucky characters to have a 'Bound' move (f+1+2) - which allows the player to slam their opponent into the ground during a juggle then effectively start a juggle afresh. But Bob's Bastardly Bound has exceptional reach on account of his size, making it arguably the most powerful one in the game. Make no mistake, Bob's an amusing character and it's ok to have a comically overweight mop-haired dude bouncing around the screen. But for the sake of balance and some grip on reality, he should be slowed down just a notch, or given less range, or how about he starts wheezing and slows down if you over-exert him?
