Tekken 7: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best
13. Kazuya Mishima (Devil Kazuya)
An absolute B*TCH to fight in the story, Devil Kazuya only appears in standard gameplay as a transformation of standard Kazuya.
And Kazuya - as he has always been - is a TANK when utilised correctly. The original axe-kicking, shotgun-punching behemoth of power and technicality, Kazuya's later incarnations have really doubled down on him being a more considered version of Jin. Where the latter started as a glorified skin-swap and dovetailed off into a different moveset with Tekken 4's karate influence, Kazuya has gradually become the guy to demonstrate the Mishima fighting style.
Brilliantly, Kazuya's Devil form can be brought out through his Rage moves, essentially letting you turn the tables on any battle at the last second, thanks to this more damage-heavy 'stance' being unbelievably effective.
