As easy as it is to call Telltale lazy for refusing to change-up their formula, the game's season pass is well-priced and does represent solid value for money for those who can't wait to hoover up each of the game's five instalments.

Yes, season passes are always a bit of a gamble, as there's no telling how good or bad the other four episodes will be in this case, but if you're determined to pick the game up regardless, at least you're not getting nickel-and-dimed for it, and will probably be able to get 8-10 hours out of a single play-through of the entire series.

Have you played Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy yet? What did you think of the first episode? Shout it out in the comments!
