The Division 2 Review: 10 Ups & 4 Downs

7. Multiplayer Is Ludicrously Entertaining

The Division 2 is best played with a team of three friends, no question, but whether you're with pals or three randoms, the core multiplayer experience is a ridiculous amount of fun.

Teaming up to sink thousands of bullets into mighty foes, especially later in the game, is a fantastic shared experience, especially if your comrades have dared to don microphones for the occasion.

But simply exploring this vast, teeming world with others is also a real joy, and even after around 30 hours sunk into the game over just a few days, the allure hasn't even begun to wear off.

With the endgame content set to expand the challenge and also the scale of the battles - with 8-man Raids due to arrive later in the year - it's safe to say that the best of the multiplayer experience may be yet to come.
