2. PvP
The PvP will not be battleground based but a zone that you can travel to in Cyrodiil. The zone will include quests and resources just like any other but there's one big difference. The resources will belong to alliances. The cooking materials you take from farms will, as far as I've been told, directly affect the keeps garrisoning enemy units that aid and defend during raids called Keep Sieges. During Keep Sieges, an alliance will take control of Trebuchets and Catapults in order to infiltrate and capture keeps throughout the zone. I haven't had any news as to the size or scale of the battles in question but I'm told they'll be impressive to behold and better to take part in.
1. Miscellaneous
On a lighter note, we can still all be thieves as they have allowed us to take things from houses and halls around Tamriel. The only difference is that the items will all be crafting related (in order to balance the economy). Mounts will still be widely available though other creatures than a horse are to be kept a secret at this time. In conclusion, I'm extremely excited to see an MMO game of such magnitude. The amount of leaps it takes to send the genre spiraling into a new, more visceral and engaging era makes me both delighted and anxious for the future. Let's see what the final version brings to the table.
