Download When mod author drg6520 first played Fallout 3 he was more than a little disappointed to find that Sydney, a character he found to be far more interesting than any of the original companions, was unable to be recruited as a follower after the Stealing Independence quest. When he started playing the PC version, he set out to rectify this with the Sydney Follower mod, which does exactly what you expect, and maybe a little more. The creator of this mod could have settled for a couple extra lines in the dialogue that allowed Sydney to follow the player mindlessly, but that wasn't enough. Instead, he went out of his way to add extra functionality and content, all of which comes together to make Sydney one of the best companions in the series. Rather than leave her a silent and static follower, the mod author gave Sydney over 400 lines of unique dialogue, all voiced by the original voice actress. For insane dedication to a mod that's more of an expansion than a simple add-on, the Sydney Follower mod easily earns a spot on this list.
