The Walking Dead: 9 Reasons The Game Is Better Than The Show

3. Less Time Commitment For Big Payoffs

In today€™s world we have to be careful what we commit our time to, especially when it comes to entertainment. There are brand new shows every year and it can be hard to keep up with our favourites. The Walking Dead is entering its sixth season. So far, that is about 67 hours of television to keep up with, and if you also watch Talking Dead, then double that. Fear The Walking Dead only had six episodes this season but we already know they€™re getting another one. When your hard drive is filling up and the Netflix queue is overflowing, it helps to have a form of entertainment that won€™t take up your whole weekend - not to mention you're not sitting through many episodes of downtime just to get to the good stuff. There have only been two seasons of Telltale€™s The Walking Dead and each had five episodes. Playing through an episode of the game takes a little over an hour but with only five episodes in a season you€™re getting more than enough amusement for the time you are committing, especially as they're just a few hours each. Taking up less of your time all-round whilst still being episodic in nature easily makes the game far superior to the show.
