Before you ask, no. You're probably not pronouncing it correctly.

Naevde Siedhe (which means Nine Hills, by the way) is a reference to a sword of the same name in the Witcher 2, which was given to Geralt by Iorveth, one of the main players in the narrative.

In the Wild Hunt, this delightful stick of silver can be gotten during the quest For Fame and Glory, which sees Geralt help two warriors clear out a cave full of necrophages.

Even though this quest isn't particularly hard to find, Naevde Siedhe is acquired by so few players because For Fame and Glory is very, very easy to fail.

If even one of the warriors dies at any point, the quest fails, and Geralt forfeits his reward. And seeing how the AI has a tendency to run in recklessly just to get slaughtered, half the battle is babysitting these two idiots.

The sword itself gives a decent boost to sign intensity, especially igni and yrden, and has three rune slots just like all relic swords.

Whether the sword sounds worth it will be down to each player's individual playstyle, but if you do decide to undertake the quest, make sure to keep a save file handy.
