CD Projekt RED have issued many statements about how they're planning to continually support the game on all platforms, but at time of writing (May 26th) the PC version has received the latest 1.04 patch, whilst on consoles the game's menus remain pretty choppy. To solve this somewhat - and keep you forever flicking between multiple windows - in-game you can simply hold the touchpad to go straight to the Inventory, or swipe either up or down to visit the World Map.
