The Witcher 3: 20 Characters Ranked From Worst To Best
7. Johnny
Johnny is a friendly godling encountered in the same areas as the Crones of Crookback Bog. But while those hags prove to be unhelpful in Geralt's search for Ciri, Johnny shows himself to be very aware of the important of helping someone who's already helped him.
Once Geralt helps Johnny to recover his lost voice, he demonstrates a charming and entertaining personality. Given that goldings are said to be shy and reserved creatures, Johnny offers resounding proof that this is simply not true.
The childlike language and surprising worldliness that Johnny possesses make for a great combination and his snappy answers in conversation with Geralt are never dull. It's possible through another side quest to find him a companion in the form of a female godling, and surely that's something this little fellow truly deserves?
