8. Yennefer
Both CDPR and Netflix managed to stay accurate to the source material with Yennefer's "violet eyes", "abundance of black locks" and "black velvet choker with a star-shaped jewel". However, there were more liberties taken with the rest of character's look - specifically the clothing - at least in the case of Netflix.
CDPR's Yennefer maintains the exclusively black & white colour scheme of the sorceress' attire from the books and the fact that she can often be seen in men's clothes (AKA trousers). Netflix gave her a far more expansive wardrobe, featuring clothing options of varying colours and styles for every occasion.
The many furs Anya Chalotra is given to wear in the show do seem practically superior given the harsh climate of the North though.
