At some point during your travels to Windhelm, you'll discover that theres a serial killer on the loose. And its up to you to find him and stop him (a bit hypocritical maybe, considering the trail of bodies in the Dragonborns wake). Activate this quest by stumbling upon a murder scene in Windhelms graveyard at night after you've been to the city a few times; progress it by investigated a bread-crumb style trail of clues that lead you into the very nest of the killer. Then complete it by giving the blackguard a taste of his own morbid medicine. Its a great quest, upon completion of which you can actually purchase the killers house for your own just dont forget to clear out the human remains in the secret basement, nobody likes a poltergeist.
