8. A Switch Edition
As it currently stands, much like its predecessors, EA UFC 4 will be releasing on both PS4 and Xbox One, but there is another home console that the series has yet to make its debut on. The Nintendo Switch isn't exactly lauded for its ability to present sports games to their highest standard but rumours earlier this year seemed to suggest that EA were considering bringing the UFC series to the platform.
Being able to take all your favourite fighters with you on the go would no doubt be an exciting new avenue for the franchise, but the Switch's hardware limitations mean that it's unlikely that EA would go to the trouble of redeveloping the game to work on Nintendo's console.
However, If the WWE 2K series' frankly terrible efforts are anything to go by, maybe avoiding a Switch release for now isn't such a bad thing.
