The Walking Dead: 10 Toughest Decisions So Far

8. Not-So-Gentle Ben? (Around Every Corner)

Ben was basically the Nick of Season One. Maybe even more so, since everything he did was with the best intention, but had catastrophic consequences for the rest of the group. In a roundabout way he was responsible for the deaths of Duck, Doug/Carley (depending on how you play), Katjaa, and - presumably - Lilly. Plus he tries to save himself earlier in Around Every Corner, rather than trying to help Clem during a walker attack. What kind of heartless person... So when you get to the penultimate part of the season, you are faced with a choice: having scaled a clock tower, with zombies in shuffling pursuit, you reach the top but Ben nearly falls. If he does, he will definitely die - either through broken legs from the fall, or devoured by walkers - and the group may very well be better off. Ben himself says as much. Can you have that blood on your hands though? Sure Ben messed up loads, but he doesn't have a bad bone in his body. And you haven't got long to decide before he slips from your grasp!
