7. The Heavy Metal Horsey Ride

It's more of a fun gag than a cultural reference, but that doesn't sacrifice any of the entertainment value in the discovery of T-Bone's heavy metal mechanical rocking horse ride, which clearly started out life as a simple child's toy before the hacker and whistle-blower got his hands on it. Probably not one to put the kiddies on, but then T-Bone's yard isn't exactly the kind of place you should take them anyway.
