Just saying this boss's name should give you the same level of contempt that most players have for this beast, as he's not hard in the slightest, just absolutely gross.
You find him at the end of The Valley Of Defilement and it's lore states that it basically arose from all the filth and detritus within there. Basically, the game itself is telling you this is a trash boss and it's "GARBAGE DAY". The only thing of note that this recycling centre reject has going for it is that it can cover you in flies.
