2. Hulk Hogan Vs John Cena
Behind Bruno Sammartino (who, as we've already discussed will be added in January next year as part of the final DLC pack) there is no greater champion than Hulk Hogan, who spent a massive 2,185 days as champion. Like Hogan, Cena's time spent as a champion makes him one of the genuine idols of the game - alongside Bob Backlund and Sammartino, the pair make up the top four WWE Superstar champions, and any opportunity to face off the upper echelon champions should be taken. Hogan vs Cena means spectacle, and it means crowd pleasure, particularly as the two can very reasonably claim to be the two biggest superstars in the history of the sport, even if Sammartino wins on stats. We may actually see this at Wrestlemania 30, but there's nothing like the idea of seeing a heyday Hulkster in his prime facing off against Cena at the top of his game, especially since Hogan is now 60, and probably some way past his best. That would also offer fans of the old school to take on new breed fans for the bragging rights of whose historical period was the greater, since forums have debated as much for years.
Who Should Win? The Hulkster Maybe not now, but in his prime a full-frontal assault by the babyface brawler would be a significant ordeal for anyone, even someone of Cena's power, and you can't imagine a crowd would tolerate anything but a Hogan win.
