WWE 2K14's Universe Mode & Creation Suite Revealed

Today's live stream detailed WWE 2K14's incredibly deep Creation Suite. The Creation Suite includes the ability to create: belts arenas superstar threads (can edit entrance attires) superstars (CAW limit is now 100!!!!) entrance move-sets stories There have been changes and upgrades to every one of those in the list. There is also a new feature called, "Superstar Heads" where the user can take 1 of 14 superstar heads and customize the body any way he/she desires. It is still unclear if we can add masks or edit hair, but this will be cleared up in time. Create a Belt Additions to Create a Belt are pretty big this year. Last year we could only take a WWE belt and give it the Superstar Thread treatment---changing only its colors. This year we still have that option, but 2K now added the ability to add logos, choose your own plate type (there are 5 belt-types to choose from, give your title a name, etc. These titles can be used in any game mode. Create an Arena They were pretty quick going over this part, but basically we have 8 arena types to choose from and some new stage options (they showed the new WWE Live stage, which are used at house shows). We can also set the filter on/off to make arenas look like they did on TV in the 80's. That's about it for create an arena for now. Superstar Threads 2K gave us more options for superstar threads. They showed CM Punk and edited him into his Macho Man attire that he wore in an episode of RAW, showing us the new options to edit his side-stripes. 2K then showed us The Undertaker in a white entrance robe, revealing that we can now edit entrance attires (which explains the confusion of Chris Jericho's entrance video where he had on a red jacket). Create A Superstar CAW limit is now set to 100 instead of 50. This is huge for the Superstar Heads feature, which gives us 14 heads to play with, including Stone Cold Steve Austin, Chris Jericho, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Roddy Piper and more. They showed us Chris Jericho and Roddy Piper, which both had 4 pre-made attires for each. They both included a mixture of street attires and wrestling attires. The big thing here is any attire you make with a superstar head can be saved as an alternate attire, as well as a standalone character. Create an Entrance The only thing shown here was a picture of The Shield, which detailed options to turn on/off entrance videos, mini-trons, wall-trons, etc. The big thing here is the new ability to choose what superstar is in each entrance "role". For example if you look at The Shield's entrance in the gameplay trailer, Roman Reigns comes in by himself on one side of the arena and Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose enter together on the other side of the arena. One can now very easily swap Ambrose and Reigns' roles in the entrance menu, as opposed to last year where it was a chore to work this out---a very welcomed addition. Create A Moveset/Create A Story The move set live stream is going to be on Tuesday, October 15th and unfortunately no other information was given on either Create A Moveset or Create A Story. All-in-all with the Universe and Creation Suite additions, WWE 2K14 is shaping up to be an all-time classic.
