Another frequently moaned-about feature is that recent WWE games have not allowed more than 6 wrestlers on screen at once, which seems pretty silly given what other similar action-orientated games are capable of. Given how behind-the-curve the graphics are in these games, how has last-gen hardware not been able to accommodate more players? It's particularly troubling for modes like the Royal Rumble and, one which has been requested by fans for years and years: a proper Survivor Series match. I would settle for 4v4, though 5v5 would be ideal, and given that it's one of the most beloved institutions of the WWE (though Vince McMahon has been devaluing it for years), it's a shame that it's being basically ignored. Yuke's will likely suggest that though the game has leapt to next-gen, the space required for a higher-resolution model is "scaled", so in essence, they will never be able to fit more than 6 players on the screen without severe slow-down. That still doesn't explain how other devs are able to get it done...
