WWE 2K15: 10 Innovations We Demand To See

5. New Match Types

Not only would we love to see a few match types return, we'd love to see a few new match types as well! For years, fans have been clamoring for an Ambulance Match. Unfortunately, the closest we ever got to it was SmackDown! Vs. RAW 2010 ... on the Nintendo DS! If it could work on a handheld console, it should be able to work on a home system that cost me my first born, right? The concept of the match would work just like it did on the DS, with the ambulance parked on the stage instead of the ramp. Toss your opponent against the doors of the ambulance, grapple them, and a mini-game appears with the reward being the opponent gets tossed inside. Close the doors and another mini-game appears that rewards you with the doors being successfully closed, winning the match, and ending with a cut-scene of the ambulance's sirens going off while driving out of the venue! To go one step further, if you save up three "OMG!" icons, you can initiate a new OMG! Moment by grappling your opponent on the top of the ambulance and hitting an Attitude Adjustment, Powerbomb, or Chokeslam through the roof of the ambulance, skipping all the mini-games, and winning the match! Another match idea that could also be entertaining to add into the mix would be a Stretcher Match, working with similar mechanics as the Buried Alive or Steel Cage Match, a mini-game could appear after you grapple a groggy opponent against the stretcher. Once you successfully complete that mini-game, another one appears that forces you to push the stretcher up the ramp!
