Even though this happened all the way back in 1989, it is still arguably the most famous Royal Rumble elimination in history. Santino Marella will testify to this anyway. The Warlord, one half of The Powers of Pain, entered at number 21 but as soon as he entered the ring he was eliminated by Hulk Hogan. Warlord officially set the record for the shortest time spent in the ring at a Royal Rumble with a time of two seconds. Unfortunately for Santino, he was the man to break this record 20 years later with a time of one second, thanks to The Big Red Machine Kane. Even though he wasn't held in high regard by the majority of the WWE Universe, The Warlord is a must create for any fantasy Royal Rumble match. This is the only thing that most can recall from his career as he held a very much unwanted record for over 20 years, impressive stuff.
