WWE 2K15: 10 Ways It Lived Up To The Hype

10. Unique Soundtrack

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUo1R3hCYzk Sure, Living Colour's "Cult of Personality" is awesome and all, but how many times can you listen to the entrance theme of CM Punk and other WWE Superstars as you're browsing the menu in WWE 2K14? There wasn't anything wrong with the soundtrack of the previous games, but it lacked originality. Although the gameplay in the early SmackDown vs. Raw installments is a definite downgrade, the menu music certainly is not. "Riot" by Three Days Grace (SVR07) and not to mention "Famous" (SVR08) are what most people remember those games by. And now fans can remember WWE 2K15 by its one-of-a-kind soundtrack as well. Yes, for the first time ever, there is an actual soundtrack accompanying a WWE video game that doesn't solely consist of old pay-per-view themes or entrance songs. Since he's on the cover of this year's game, it was only fitting that John Cena himself pick out the songs for the soundtrack. His collaboration with Wiz Khalifa on "All Day" and "Breaks" give the soundtrack (and the game for that matter) its own identity. Not all wrestling fans aren't enamored with rap music, of course, but it's a nice little upgrade for 2K15. Worst case scenario, you can just turn it off in the settings if you don't like it.
