WWE 2K15: Everything We Know So Far

5. Justin Roberts Is Announcing

Back at the end of March, Justin Roberts confirmed that he will be playing a vocal part in the upcoming wrestling release. The announcer revealed on his Instagram account that he was recording some voice work for the new WWE video game, could only mean WWE 2K15. His announcement, which came with a brief video in which he recorded himself saying "The Undertaker" and "From West Newbury Massachusetts" - in the process confirming what didn't really need to be confirmed; that 'Taker and John Cena will be playable - stated that he had gone off script frequently. Hopefully that means we're going to see more variation in the announcing, which in itself might be an indication of a whole new focus on the game's audio. Considering the new capabilities of the Next Gen consoles, there's no excuse for a limited commentary pool, and hopefully we will see the glitches ironed out that had commentary appearing at the most inappropriate times for some gamers.
