WWE 2K16: 15 Legends Who Could Be The Flagship Star

8. 'Macho Man' Randy Savage

After years of grim radio silence when it came to Randy Poffo, and four years after his death, the WWE finally gave the nod this year for one of the most famous and popular wrestlers of the 1980s to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame this year. Scuttlebutt (like gossip in an inappropriate relationship) has it that the Macho Man may have fooled around with a younger Stephanie McMahon, before she became Mrs. Levesque. That would certainly explain why the company as a whole has ostracized one of the most widely known and celebrated wrestlers in recent memory€ at least until now. Savage was the centrepiece of the Hall Of Fame this year, as befitted a performer of his stature. Now, Warrior and Sting were both revealed as the flagship star of their specific games months before the WWE confirmed their induction into the Hall Of Fame €“ but there€™s no rule that says that one has to follow the other. The possibilities are intriguing€ a reunion of the Mega Powers€ or even Team Madness? Feuds and matches against the biggest names in today€™s WWE? Or how about a classic Wrestlemania III rematch, Ricky €˜The Dragon€™ Steamboat vs. €˜The Macho Man€™ Randy Savage?
