The other big selling point with WWE 2K16 is the Stone Cold Steve Austin gaming theme mode. Jerry Lawler gave the surprise away in May, when he commented that he and J.R were recording lines for a big Austin mode in the game. The fact that 2K went to the effort of getting Jim Ross to do the lines is evidence of the detail they're including. They went to make an Austin mode that truly mirrors the magic of the Rattlesnake's big WWF run. It will be something similar to the 30 Years Of WrestleMania mode that featured in WWE 2K14, with the player progressing through famous matches and moments. In Austin mode you can expect to relive all of Austin's biggest matches, with video retrospectives between each progression. You just know that it's going to be a blast with the most hell raising WWE superstar ever on board.
