7. Jerry The King Lawler Vs. Michael Cole

These two were included in a DLC pack for WWE 12, but not as a showcase. Maybe it's time we were treated to their full rivalry. The majority of the WWE Universe looks back on this feud with some distain. It is remembered for that WrestleMania match that went on for far too long, nothing else. This is despite the fact that the pair managed to put on a compelling and entertaining story line for many weeks and elevated their characters to no end. Of course, their good work was undone when The King unfortunately suffered a heart attack live on RAW and Cole made the swiftest face turn in WWE histroy The rivalry kicked off with Cole becoming increasingly snobbish in the face of Lawler's many WWE Championship matches against The Miz. Things then escalated out of control when the leader of the Cole Miners insulted Lawler's recently deceased mother and requested commentating from inside his own box. Cole, inexplicably, went over in what was Lawler's first and only WrestleMania match. It's fair to say that everyone was pleased to see Cole face his comeuppance at the following Over The Limit pay per view. The feud would include all sorts of different gimmick matches which is sure to make it one of the most entertaining showcases WWE and 2K could possibly offer.
