Yet another huge shame that surely could have been avoided. The concept for this year's MyCareer is exactly what we wanted to see, with more organic content putting yourself in charge of your own destiny. We need to see more of the same next year - don't go down a different avenue please, 2K! However, these interview segments quickly become the bane of your life. And then some... Renee Young - who stands by your side conducting post match interviews that set up possible angles - is possessed by some sort of zombie. She also has black teeth, Medusa's (not the wrestler) hair and a robotic voice. Obviously everything needs to be pre recorded so limitations are there from the outset. It goes without saying however, that they could be done a lot better. The forced nature of how the lines are delivered, plus the awkward silences are things that could easily be better. It's a frustrating process to sit through time-and-time again. And when Renee decides to sign off an interview with "And thanks for the time..." Which professional broadcaster would say that? Such a disappointment that will hopefully be rectified when the new game comes out next Autumn.
