4. Will There Be Any ECW Presence?

Despite Heyman's presence, it doesn't sound like we're going to see any sort of full ECW mode in the game (sadly). That much could probably be gleaned from Heyman's response to the question of which former ECW star he'd like to see join the game's roster.

"I would choose Joey Styles, because I'd like to see Brock Lesnar F5 Joey Styles. I'd love to hear what it sounds like when you're in mid-air and you're coming crashing down to the mat and you hear 'OH MY GOD!' CRASH.""So if Brock Lesnar were allowed to F5 Joey Styles I wish Joey Styles were in WWE 2K17."

Or maybe he just knows something we don't yet...

Now, if the game had a Heyman Showcase, then it might be a little more believable (and Styles could do as he did for WWE 2K16 and guest commentate for those matches), but it would be a pretty shocking development. Especially given the showcase we can probably expect...
