Well, all the members of the roster at a certain point in the year. 2K16's development phase of scanning all the new characters happened around WrestleMania time, with pictures being released showing the likes of Rusev having their bodies captured. This must have gone on for some time as Samoa Joe - a man that debuted in NXT towards the end of May - was squeezed into one of the DLC packs. Yes Joe did do some motion capture work on 2K16, but surely the powers that be could have squeezed more relevant Superstars into the title too! More relevant Superstars like the Four Horsewomen - ladies who were ruling NXT at the time. Just about every WWE gamer the world over wanted them in thanks to the success of WWE's developmental brand and the initial impression the Divas Revolution made, but 2K simply didn't play ball. 2K cited timing as the reason Bayley, Sasha, Charlotte and Becky weren't included, but Joe's inclusion simply blew that excuse out of the water.
