WWE 2K18: 10 Forgotten Things You Can Still Do
9. Play A Mini-Royal Rumble
If you're short on time or just don't want to sit through a lengthy 30-man Royal Rumble, then set up a rapid 10-man Rumble instead. Recent editions of the series have removed the 40-man option, which is a shame, but it's nice to see 2K have kept the 10 and 20-man Rumbles in tact. When flying solo, they're much more satisfying than the traditional set up.
10-man Rumbles in particular zip by. They're a nice starting point for those who can't last long in the match or fancy getting to grips with some of the new elimination animations first. 2K deserve credit for improving one of WWE's most famous match types over the years, because Rumbles in general have a much more measured pace than before.
Actually having to work for eliminations is a good thing in 30-man matches. During these mini-Rumbles however, it's all about speed. Players won't have to worry about stamina and they won't have to manage attack/defence strategies. They're a nice little distraction.
