Among the precious few new features added to 2K's career mode is the RPG-inspired ability to walk around the backstage area, allowing you to rub shoulders with your favourite wrestlers (in virtual form, obviously). You can get pointers from Triple H, for instance, or trade verbal barbs with The Miz or Alexa Bliss.

The main problem with this feature, so we're told, is that you are made to choose from a relatively small list of the same tired cookie-cutter responses, meaning you can only have so many different interactions before you become bored of it all and go straight into your matches.

But still: backstage cut-scenes have always been a fun part of the WWE video game experience, and now that you have the ability to actually explore the backstage area for yourself, it should open up one or two avenues for comedy, if nothing else.
