WWE 2K18: Predicting All 130 Superstar Ratings

120. Cesaro: 88

CESARO 2K
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: 88

Not much has changed for the Swiss Superman in the last 12 months in terms of his in-ring work. Yes he's in yet another tag team and yes he's a bad lad now, but he's still arguably the most consistent performer in the company bell-to-bell so I wouldn't expect much change here.

119. Curt Hawkins: 70

Curt Hawkins 2k
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: n/a

In terms of today's product you don't get more jobberish than Curt Hawkins. Crap gimmick + being used solely to put guys over on television = low rating in WWE 2K18.

118. Dana Brooke: 76

Dana Brooke 2K
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: 74

Dana Brooke might be low down in terms of the women's ranks on RAW these days but there's no doubting she gets better every time you see her. I still think casting her as a babyface is wrong as she's got everything a modern day WWE heel needs to have, but the least we can hope for in 2K18 is that her face is nowhere near as scary as it was in last year's game. I still don't know how the developers managed that...

117. Dash Wilder: 81

Dash Wilder 2k
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: 75

Wilder is part of The Revival and they're really good. A few more match of the year candidates under his belt since 2K17 was released and he's getting made to look rather strong on RAW these days meaning a significant increase should be on the cards.

116. Dean Ambrose: 90

Dean Ambrose 2K
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: 90

This time last year, when the boffins at 2K were putting the roster and their ratings together, Dean Ambrose was WWE World Heavyweight Champion with the world at his feet. These days, he's losing to The Miz and isn't being booked like his mantle as The Lunatic Fringe should be. While a demotion in rating is deserved, I think his evergreen popularity will stave it off.

115. Elias Samson: 82

Elias Samson 2k
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: n/a

He's hanging with Finn Balor on RAW these days which is hushing the doubters that were questioning his call-up to the main roster just after WrestleMania XXXIII. Those performances prove The Drifter can go in the ring, but the fact he's done so little in WWE and NXT will prevent him from a higher rating.

114. Emma: 72

Emma 2k
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: 72

Believe me if they saw the Emmalina rubbish through I would be handing out a demotion to Emma. Thank goodness they didn't. After missing a lot of the last year due to injury, added to the fact she's been used sparingly since her return means Emma could well be on for a demotion in 2K18. I believe she's great at the graps and underrated as it is however so she should stay the same at the very least.

113. Enzo Amore: 75

Enzo Amore 2k
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: 74

At least his promos are good. And hey, I think a small ratings boost is on the cards since he's proven he can make it through a match without getting a concussion!

112. Finn Balor: 88

Finn Balor 2k
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: 88

What a frustrating year's it's been for Finn Balor. The Demon King has gone from having the Universal Championship taken away from him after one day to spending around eight months on the shelf to coming back and having a feud with Elias Samson. This frustration should see his rating stay the same.

111. Jack Gallagher: 80

Jack Gallagher 2k
WWE/2K

Last year's rating: n/a

It's going to be interesting to see how any 205 Live Superstars that make it into 2K18 are going to be rated. If their division is cast aside from the main roster I fully expect Neville to be handed a 99, but it's likely they'll all be handed a reduce score compared to their red roped counterparts.

Jack Gallagher is really good though so I expect him to trump some of those who weigh more than he does.
