WWE 2K19: 10 Playable Wrestlers Who WON’T Return

3. Rich Swann

It's a cruel world when you're released from a dream job on your birthday, but that happened to Rich Swann on 15 February this year. WWE weren't willing to tolerate any allegations of battery and kidnapping (something Swann had been detained for the previous December), and even when Rich was cleared of any wrongdoing he was still canned.

That means 2K18 marks the last time Swann will be part of 2K's video game lineup.

Things have been weird for Swann since departing WWE. He announced plans to retire from pro wrestling aged just 27 earlier this year, and then changed his mind less than a full month later. It's clear that what happened, between his personal drama and WWE firing, messed with his head. WWE just wanted away from the controversy and negative press.

Much like Sawyer Fulton, Rich Swann is likely to go down as a one-off appearance in 2K's series. It's hard to see him making another, especially over the next few years.
