3. There's A New Game Mode

As aforementioned, 2K are keeping rather tight-lipped about the full feature set for 2K19. There's no talk of how Universe Mode will evolve or whether or not MyCareer will finally be more than an endless jog through backstage areas to your car.

There is a "new game mode" though. 2K have confirmed that when hyping their pre-release Million Dollar Challenge. The rules state that entrants will have to complete the new mode, then compete with one another for the right to face AJ Styles and potentially win the million dollar prize.

It likely says a lot about us as people that we're more excited by the new mode tease than the cash.

What could it be? Are 2K ready to present a female Career Mode? Is GM Mode on the comeback trail? Or, will old favourites like Showcase return for a sprint through AJ's biggest WWE career moments to date? The possibilities are endless, but all we can say for sure right now is that something "new" is incoming.
