7. Billie Kay (78)

What can even be said of the lesser half of The IIconics? It seems like Visual Concepts couldn't be bothered to differentiate between Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, and so just gave them both the same generous rating of 78.

Now, Kay is a fine enough performer, though ultimately more memorable as a personality than a wrestler, and so you have to wonder why she's veering close to 80 here.

That places her above Natalya (76) and on equal footing with Io Shirai and Kairi Sane, which is just ridiculous. This is the same rating Kay had last year, while her 2K18 rating of 76, if possibly still a teensy bit generous, felt closer to the mark.
