7. Tommaso Ciampa (82)

Though Tommaso Ciampa is on the bench for the foreseeable future with a serious neck injury, there's no denying that he's a top-tier WWE talent whose series of matches against Johnny Gargano is enough to make him deserving of a score in at least the late-80s.

Ciampa is the total package: he's got a great, intimidating look, is killer on the mic and brings it in the ring, so quite why he's being given such a standard early-80s score is anyone's guess - beyond the obvious nerf given to every NXT superstar, it seems.

Some will note that it's a step up from his 80 and 81 ratings in the last two 2K games, but it's still not even close to his true worth and skill.
