WWE 2K20: 10 Most Wanted New Features

7. New Spin On Old Match Types

WWE 2K16 Casket
2K Games

Truth be told, this series lifer wanted to smack 2K around with Triple H's sledgehammer when they systematically went about the task of removing match types from their games. Casket, Inferno and more have given way, only to be replaced by mind-numbing variations of rudimentary matches already in the game.

Again, where's the focus on fun!?

2K have the technology to make clumsy Casket bouts a thing of the past. They already have mechanics in place for that kind of match with their interactive controls for using tables, ladders and other weapons. There really are no excuses for removing when they should be improving.

As a side note, wouldn't it be great to see some more zip injected into Hell In A Cell and Steel Cage matches come 2K20? That cavernous Cell deserves to have uniquely animated panels so we can dish out mega-pain on opponents or experiment with friends to find out what kind of carnage is possible.
