WWE 2K20: 10 New Details You Need To Know
3. Females Are Finally In MyCareer
And so is Papa Shango, apparently.
No complaints here though. The bigger story is that 2K are finally giving players the chance to create their own female superstars in MyCareer and run through the narrative experience with them. As the screenshot above shows, it appears everyone is in for another barmy, off-the-wall tale to mimic last year's game.
Female MyPlayer avatars are something fans have begged 2K to include for years now. It never made any logical sense that they weren't there, and it cut a whole layer of immersion to the mode when everyone realised that hey, you could only create a dude. That crapped all over female players who wanted to craft a version of themselves and live vicariously through it on their way to WWE stardom.
Also of note, Xavier Woods said in the video that fans would be going above and beyond last year's Wyatt Compound shenanigans in MyCareer. The silly dial has been turned up to 11 then, which won't suit everybody. Still, having the chance to build female CAWs for the mode is a step in the right direction.
