WWE 2K20: 10 Tiny Details 2K Must Add
3. Controlling Entrances
If that screenshot from 2000's Royal Rumble on Dreamcast didn't have you wondering how gamers of yesteryear played such pixellated messes, then maybe big Sid Vicious will do the trick. His noodle-haired character model in the pic attached to this entry comes from 2002's Legends Of Wrestling II.
Aside from delivering an alternative to the SmackDown series and allowing players to pick from a roster stacked full of icons, LOW also had something totally unique for the time. Entrances, very much unlike THQ's bread winner, were totally interactive from start to finish.
That fist bump Sid is performing there? A player activated it, and they probably did the same thing numerous times while the big man was strolling down the aisle. Wouldn't it be absolutely sh*tting brill to see that level of interaction come to 2K's franchise?
There's already an in-built mechanic for ambushing others during their entrance and cutting it short, so we hereby encourage the development team to go wild.
