WWE 2K22: 10 Improvements On 2K20 You Need To Know About

4. Entrances

Several play-testers on YouTube said they weren’t bored during entrances.

If that sounds like a bit of an odd way to kick off a positive, then consider how long some entrances have been over the years in 2K's franchise. The Undertaker's walk to the ring is painfully boring, for example - if you've seen it once, then it's an instant skip from that moment on.

One YouTuber summed it up best by saying that entrances in 2K22 are nether too long nor too short. They're consistent, and Kevin Dunn's erratic camera angle changes have been included to keep everything zipping along. Also, the new lighting, models and zoomed-in cams tie everything together well.

It was totally regrettable that entrance routines in 2K20 only exposed more of the games flaws. Models looked horrendous up close (their eyes alone freaked everyone out), and janky animations (heads shouldn't go through the ropes) didn't help matters.

Brace yourselves, because you might just enjoy sitting through these intros again.
