WWE 2K22: 10 Wrestlers Who Could Make Their Franchise Debut
6. Dominik Mysterio
Of all the names on this list, Dominik Mysterio is the most likely to actually happen. He's been wrestling full-time since August's SummerSlam pay-per-view, so for him to not be in the game would be mind-boggling.
Baby Mysterio has had a handful of standout performances since his official in-ring debut. His story against Seth Rollins and, initially, Murphy was superb, even if it did go on for far too long. Their SummerSlam encounter was the perfect in-ring debut for Dom because he was against a good pair of hands in 'The Messiah'. They produced something truly great together.
Now trapped in the SmackDown doubles division alongside father Rey, Dominik would no doubt be a genuine joy to play as. His in-ring arsenal is somewhat enticing, which is a bonus in itself, plus you can play the inevitable Dominik vs. Rey clash before it goes down in real life. That's the beauty of WWE's video games; you can create these never-before-seen matches.
By the time the game hits shelves, Dom has a good chance of being the SmackDown Tag Team Champion. Expect him and 'The Biggest Little Man' to be the champions when you first load up the game.
