WWE 2K23: 10 Most Anticipated Changes Fans Need To See
5. Unique Arenas
Whilst they're at it, perhaps 2K would fancy including more arenas overall?
All of WWE 2K22's matches take place in the same building. Yes, each one might have different window dressing out front, but it's the same place. Surely, 2K can dedicate some time and resources to creating more than one building players can explore at their leisure.
Licensing real-life haunts like New York's iconic Madison Square Garden or Chicago's United Center might be a stretch (and an unnecessary use of funds), but there's absolutely nothing stopping the devs from piecing together their own replicas of arenas fans would recognise, is there?
No, there isn't.
At the very least, it'd be sweet to see some variation for those 'Backstage Brawl' scraps. No arenas WWE visits in the real world have the exact same layout behind the curtain as others. There might be similarities, but they're not identikit and it's about time 2K's series realised it.
