WWE SmackDown Here Comes The Pain Remaster: 10 Things It Must Have

7. The Same Shorter Entrances

Pop 2K19 (or indeed any WWE video game from the current generation of consoles) into your system and prepare to watch more than play for a good few minutes. Entrances, whilst well-done, well-lit and fully realised to simulate their real-life counterparts, are simply a bit on the long side.

Admittedly, this is down to personal preference, but HCTP got things bang on there.

Each entrance had life to it without kicking the arse out of things. Shawn Michaels' parade, for example, had his trademark pose on the ramp with pyro, dance to the ring and second go-around of the same pose inside without taking up more than 30-40 seconds. It was quick, fun to watch and hardly time-consuming.

These days, the entrances seem so damn slow and repetitive. They lack the jaunty quickness of their forebears despite being higher quality in terms of graphical fidelity and superstar accuracy. Cutting them down by a good 20-30 seconds would be advisable so players don't hit the skip button after a few watches.
