8) Horstachio (Viva Pinata)
Horstachio is somewhat of a Pinata icon. The paper crafted cover child for the Viva Pinata series, he helped to create a strategy game that was surprisingly addictive for some fans. Apparently, his moderate exposure to 15 minutes of lackluster fame has gotten to his head. It's about time someone beat the candy out of his smug horse body.
Special Attack 1: Horstachio digs down into the ground and spews forth a bombardment of candy onto his enemies caught in the line of his attack.
Special Attack 2: Horstachio summons the mysterious shovel to smack enemies relentlessly over the head.
Special Attack 3: Horstachio calls upon a swarm of Candary's that drop exploding candies on the battlefield creating splash damage.
Ultra Attack: Horstachio jumps onto a rainbow that stretches over the battlefield, as every pinata from the series gallops, slides, and flies across the screen. Horstachio watches as enemies are juggled in the stampede of colorful vengeance, until they are finally knocked out of the battlefield.
7) Marcus Fenix (Gears of War)
Having undertaken the task of defending humanity from the Locust hordes, on more than one occasion, Marcus Fenix would be a great addition to the brawling line-up. Mix in the awesome weaponry of the COG army, his brute strength, and we certainly have a force to be reckoned with. Without Dom to help further his bromance, maybe Marcus won't actually have that much fight in him after all. Too soon?
Special Attack 1: Marcus sticks frag grenades to the floor creating proximity mines that offer a wide range of tactical options for players.
Special Attack 2: Marcus whips out either the Retro Lancer, or chainsaw bayonet and charges across the screen to the first enemy.
Special Attack 3: Marcus calls in Commando Dom, who drives onto the battlefield by leaping out of a car that explodes over the arena.
Ultra Attack: General RAAM appears from an Emergence Hole with a small army. A helicopter appears as it drops down a rope ladder for Marcus to latch onto. Pulling him up and out of the danger zone. RAAM and an assortment of randomized Locust soldiers appear dealing damage to all on the field for a period of time.
